How to set it up
- Place the cursor in a block. Click into a paragraph, bullet, to-do or database property.
- Hold the shortcut and speak. Dictate a thought, a summary or a section draft, then release.
- Shape it with Notion's own tools. Use Notion's headings, toggles and slash commands to structure what you dictated.
- Add your terms. Put project names, client names and jargon in custom vocabulary so they stay consistent across pages.

What DictaFlow does not do

DictaFlow is hold-to-talk dictation: hold a shortcut, speak, release, and the text is inserted into the active app at your cursor.
