DictaFlow Medical Support
For setup, billing, BAA, or security questions, contact ryan@dictaflow.io.
Do not include PHI in ordinary support messages. Avoid sending patient names, dates of birth, chart screenshots, transcript text, or raw local app data files unless an approved support workflow is in place.
What to include
- Your DictaFlow Medical account email.
- Operating system and app version.
- Whether you are using Windows, Mac, iPhone, Citrix, RDP, VMware Horizon, Epic, Cerner, or another EHR.
- A redacted description of the issue and the exact error message when possible.
Security incidents
If you suspect PHI exposure, unauthorized account access, or a provider-routing issue, include the approximate time, account email, app version, and any request ID shown in the app. Do not include patient content in ordinary email. See the admin guide for incident and breach-notification handling notes.
