Do not include PHI in ordinary support messages. Avoid sending patient names, dates of birth, chart screenshots, transcript text, or raw local app data files unless an approved support workflow is in place.

What to include

Security incidents

If you suspect PHI exposure, unauthorized account access, or a provider-routing issue, include the approximate time, account email, app version, and any request ID shown in the app. Do not include patient content in ordinary email.
