Use the Medical build when dictating clinical content or testing HIPAA-oriented workflows. Windows installs from the Microsoft Store, Mac uses the signed Medical DMG, and the native iPhone and iPad app is available on the App Store.

Separate from consumer DictaFlow
Separate app identity, storage namespace, backend flavoring, Medical legal links, and HIPAA-oriented review materials.
Mac Medical
Download the signed macOS DMG, open it, then drag DictaFlow Medical into Applications. This build uses the Medical backend and its own update feed.

Install the native DictaFlow Medical app from the App Store, then sign in with the same Medical account you use on desktop.

Before using with PHI
Do the vendor-review pieces first.
The app is built for HIPAA-regulated workflows, but your organization still needs to approve the vendor, execute required agreements, and follow its own privacy policies.
- Confirm your organization has approved DictaFlow Medical for clinical data.
- Execute any required BAA.
- Use the Medical build, not the consumer app, for HIPAA-regulated workflows.
