DictaFlow Medical Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026. These terms are supplemented by any signed customer agreement or BAA that applies to your organization.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using DictaFlow Medical, you agree to these Medical Terms, the Medical Privacy Policy, and any written agreement or Business Associate Agreement that applies to your organization.
2. Medical use and customer responsibilities
DictaFlow Medical is a clinical documentation tool. You are responsible for reviewing all output before it is entered into a medical record, shared, signed, billed, or relied on for care. DictaFlow Medical does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you or your organization are subject to HIPAA or similar health privacy laws, you are responsible for completing vendor review, executing required agreements, configuring approved workflows, and using DictaFlow Medical according to your policies.
3. Business Associate Agreement
Customers that intend to use DictaFlow Medical with PHI should execute a Business Associate Agreement before doing so. If a separate BAA or written agreement conflicts with these online terms, the signed written agreement controls for that conflict.
See BAA information and the subprocessor list for customer review materials.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use DictaFlow Medical to violate law, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the product, or submit data to channels that your organization has not approved for PHI.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Website subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Apple in-app purchases, if available for a Medical app, are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.
6. Referrals
Referral offers may provide a discount to the referred user and a manually reviewed reward to the referrer. Referral discounts apply only where shown at checkout and may not apply to Apple in-app purchases. We may deny rewards for abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled payments, or suspicious activity.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may change these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
DictaFlow Medical is provided as is, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
