DictaFlow Medical User Privacy Choices

Last updated: July 24, 2026. This page is a public summary and does not replace any signed customer agreement or BAA.

Access, correction, export, or deletion

Medical users and customer administrators can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account information by emailing ryan@dictaflow.io. Include the email address associated with the DictaFlow Medical account.

PHI and customer-controlled requests

If your request involves protected health information, clinical content, audit records, or organization-managed user data, DictaFlow Medical may need to route the request through the covered entity, business associate agreement, customer administrator, or written customer instructions before acting.

Marketing choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages, billing notices, security notices, BAA-related notices, and support replies may still be sent when needed to operate or support the Medical service.

Sale, sharing, and advertising measurement

DictaFlow Medical does not sell personal information. On public Medical marketing and download pages only, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, and first-party attribution records to measure advertising visits, downloads, and the first confirmed Medical subscription payment. These records may include campaign identifiers, browser or click identifiers, page path, and limited account match fields where permitted. We do not send dictation audio, transcript text, clinical content, patient information, or authenticated Medical workspace activity to Google or Meta.

You can stop future Google and Meta advertising measurement and mark future Medical attribution records as opted out on this browser. These choices do not affect essential billing, security, support, or product operation.

Audio and transcription data

Dictation audio and text may be processed to provide transcription, formatting, and related Medical product functionality. DictaFlow Medical is designed not to permanently store raw audio or transcript text on the backend unless required for support, security, legal, customer-requested, or agreement-governed workflows.
