DictaFlow Medical Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 22, 2026.

DictaFlow Medical is built for clinicians and care teams who need controlled voice input in clinical, EHR, Citrix, remote desktop, and mobile workflows. We want the Medical product and website to be usable by as many people as possible.

Accessibility approach

We aim to support keyboard access, readable text, clear controls, predictable navigation, and compatibility with platform accessibility tools where practical. Medical workflows are reviewed with extra attention to clinicians who use dictation because typing, clicking, or long documentation sessions are difficult.

Medical product accessibility features

Known limitations

Some third-party authentication, payment, customer IT, EHR, or remote desktop environments may affect the accessibility experience. We prioritize reported issues that block clinical use or access to core dictation features.

Feedback and support

For accessibility support, contact ryan@dictaflow.io. Include the app version, device, operating system, EHR or remote desktop environment if relevant, assistive technology used if any, and what went wrong.
