Last Updated: May 23, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DictaFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

DictaFlow provides AI-powered dictation services for Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Telegram.

3. Usage Limits

Free users are subject to monthly word limits. Professional features require an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

4. Proper Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to attempt to bypass our usage tracking systems.

5. Prohibited Medical and PHI Use

The standard DictaFlow service may not be used for medical dictation, clinical documentation, patient care, diagnosis, treatment, or any workflow involving protected health information (PHI), patient records, or other regulated medical information.

You agree not to enter, dictate, upload, transmit, process, or store PHI or patient information through the standard DictaFlow service. The standard DictaFlow service is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant product and is not covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, medical offices, business associates, and organizations that need medical dictation or PHI-capable workflows must use DictaFlow Medical with the appropriate enhanced security controls and BAA, where required.

6. Limitation of Liability

DictaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
