DictaFlow Medical gives Android users two ways to document: dictate exactly what you want to write, or use Ambient Scribe to prepare a structured draft from a consented visit. Choose the workflow that fits the moment.
Record in the app, or use the Medical keyboard in a compatible text field. Review the transcription before using it.
With consent, record the encounter in Ambient Scribe. Review the transcript and confirm clinician and patient speaker roles.
Generate a note in your chosen format, edit it, and save it to Notes. Check the content before transferring it into the chart.
A visit does not happen in tidy headings. Ambient Scribe helps organize a consented conversation into an editable clinical draft. Review speaker assignments first, then choose the note format that fits your encounter.
One encounter.
Six ways to structure the draft.
Capture encounters up to three hours, including while another app is open or the screen is locked.
Review speaker-aware transcripts, confirm clinician and patient roles, and rename additional speakers.
Create a SOAP note, progress note, consult note, HPI summary, or one of two psychiatric evaluation formats.
Edit the generated note before use. Original audio is deleted after saving to Notes or clearing the visit.
Dictate into compatible Android text fields with the optional system keyboard. Or record inside DictaFlow Medical and copy the result into your workflow.
Use the Medical work domain, add protected terms to your custom dictionary, and save reusable snippets for text you use often.
Keep transcripts and notes together. Use optional AI Refine when appropriate, then review terminology, details, and meaning before using the text.
An Android interface available in eleven languages. Interface language and dictation language are separate choices.
What to know before your first dictation.

Ambient Scribe keeps the original recording in protected app storage until you save the result or clear the visit. Review the Medical privacy policy and your organization’s requirements before clinical use.
