Delete your DictaFlow account

You can permanently delete your DictaFlow account and associated cloud data from the Android app or by contacting us.

Delete from the Android app

1. Open DictaFlow and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning and select Delete permanently.

The app will sign you out and remove local DictaFlow account data from that device after the deletion request succeeds.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email ryan@dictaflow.io from the email address you use to sign in. Use the subject Delete my DictaFlow account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes or de-identifies the DictaFlow account and associated cloud profile, plan and usage state, synchronized configuration, identity links, and other account-linked service data. Deleting DictaFlow does not delete your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account.

Local history, notes, and settings can also be removed by the app's deletion flow, by clearing DictaFlow's app data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

Limited retention

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion. Retained data is not used to continue providing the deleted account.
