DictaFlow provides immediate access to a digital software service. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, accept the price and billing interval displayed at checkout, and expressly authorize DictaFlow and its payment processor to charge that payment method for the initial purchase and each recurring renewal until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal is processed. Each renewal is a charge for a new subscription period, not a charge for past use.
Except where required by applicable law, all software purchases, subscription charges, automatic renewals, upgrades, usage charges, and other fees are final and non-refundable once processed.
No refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement will be provided for unused time, unused features or usage, partial billing periods, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction after purchase, a change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or cancelling after a renewal has been processed.
Submitting a refund request does not create a right to a refund and does not guarantee that one will be issued. DictaFlow may choose, at its sole discretion, to make a limited exception. Any exception is voluntary, may be denied for any lawful reason, and does not waive this policy or create an obligation to provide the same or a similar refund in the future.
To request a review, email ryan@dictaflow.io using the email address associated with your DictaFlow account. Refund eligibility and the amount of any refund remain subject to DictaFlow's review and discretion.
You may cancel through the billing or subscription flow used when you signed up. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal charge is processed to prevent that charge. Cancellation takes effect for future renewals only and does not retroactively cancel, reverse, or refund a completed charge.
If you have trouble cancelling, email ryan@dictaflow.io before your renewal date and include the email address connected to your DictaFlow account.
If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a billing error, contact ryan@dictaflow.io promptly so the charge can be investigated. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not change this policy or independently establish that a charge was unauthorized or refundable.
To respond to a dispute, DictaFlow may provide the payment processor or financial institution with records reasonably necessary to demonstrate authorization, policy acceptance, subscription delivery, account access or service usage, billing and cancellation history, and relevant customer communications.
DictaFlow may suspend or terminate accounts associated with a payment dispute and may contest disputes that it reasonably believes are inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy, except where prohibited by law.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google, Microsoft, or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's billing and refund rules. DictaFlow may not be able to cancel or directly refund purchases processed by a third party.
DictaFlow may occasionally sell small hardware accessories, such as USB dictation foot pedals. Hardware orders are separate from the software subscription.
If a hardware accessory is defective, damaged on arrival, or cannot be fulfilled, contact me at ryan@dictaflow.io. I will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or cancellation depending on the situation.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, hardware accessories are not offered with a general no-questions-asked return program.
For DictaFlow software subscriptions, there is no physical item to ship back. Please do not send anything by mail unless I specifically ask you to for a hardware accessory issue.
