Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Short version: DictaFlow is a digital software service, so there is usually nothing physical to return. You can cancel your subscription anytime. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, and I try to be fair and reasonable.

1. Software subscriptions

DictaFlow is primarily a software subscription for AI dictation. Because access is delivered digitally, software subscription purchases are not treated like physical products that can be returned.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically refund previous charges.

2. Refund requests

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something went wrong, you were charged by mistake, you had a technical issue, or the product clearly did not work for your setup, contact me and I will review it fairly.

I do not promise refunds in every situation, especially where the service was used successfully or a subscription simply was not cancelled before renewal. That said, I want people to feel treated well, so if there is a real issue, please reach out.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel through the billing or subscription flow used when you signed up. If you have trouble cancelling, email ryan@dictaflow.io and include the email address connected to your DictaFlow account.

4. Hardware accessories

DictaFlow may occasionally sell small hardware accessories, such as USB dictation foot pedals. Hardware orders are separate from the software subscription.

If a hardware accessory is defective, damaged on arrival, or cannot be fulfilled, contact me at ryan@dictaflow.io. I will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or cancellation depending on the situation.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, hardware accessories are not offered with a general no-questions-asked return program.

5. No physical returns for digital service

For DictaFlow software subscriptions, there is no physical item to ship back. Please do not send anything by mail unless I specifically ask you to for a hardware accessory issue.

Please include the email address on your DictaFlow account, the charge date, and a short explanation of what happened. I will review it and reply as soon as I can.
