This page explains how DictaFlow users can make privacy-related requests and manage privacy choices.
You can request access to account information, correction of inaccurate information, export of available account data, or deletion of your DictaFlow account by emailing ryan@dictaflow.io.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages, billing notices, security notices, and product support replies may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
DictaFlow does not sell personal information. We also do not use third-party advertising networks to track users across apps or websites for behavioral advertising.
Dictation audio and text are processed to provide transcription and related product functionality. We do not permanently store raw audio or transcript text on DictaFlow servers unless needed for support, security, legal, or user-requested workflows.
